Bug: All checkboxes are flipped in RTL languages

Describe the Bug

also the checkbox has 0 margin to the the text probably the margin is on the oppesite site of the text

i think you can test this in the browser by making the direction of specific elements to RTL insted of LTR without switching the language of gibbon itself

To Reproduce

1. go to any url that has a checkbox for example the login page
2. you will that the text is partially covered by the checkbox when its off and its completely covered when its on
