chore(dump): refresh static API for 1,306 verified promotions and 312 accuracy fixes
Publishes the verified flags from the 2026-09-26 promotion run, the tablet, watch, laptop and monitor self-consistency fixes, the corrected SoC release years, the Galaxy Watch SoC links and new Exynos W920/W930 pages. Refs #1
