In think we could explain here the four main design principels (from LDT book chapter 4.1.3) : how can we meet the four main design principels:

  1. transparancy and trust
  2. extensible, robust, adaptive and open
  3. interoperable
  4. security by design

The main design principles are taken into account throughout the document. they do not just apply to 3.2.3
