Search function not working / nothing happens

Bug Report

I play FTB Infinity Evolved Skyblock Expert
When downloading the mod, I made sure to get the newest CodeChickenCore.
I also installed the additional addons of NEIAddons-1.16.0 and NEIIntegration 1.4.0 (so basically just copy pasted from GTNH)
When using the search function ingame tho it appears to do nothing.
When I type something in, nothing happens -> This is not the case when loading an older version of NEI GTNH (Tried 2.6.51 and it works after some loading time)
It also autoclears the searchbox when pressing right click, enter or similar.
I tried every possible scenario with the settings of NEI but nothing helped -> Disable, Enable, different modes, different sorting, widget position, autofocus, autohide, quote drop item, space, mod name search, tooltip search... Went straight trial and error with every single setting in the search widget category.

While checking the logs myself (a rookie at finding issues through the logs personally) I couldn't find anything - As I don't know for sure which log you need I uploaded all logs I had -> The top two I believe to be the only relevant tho.
I also have an additional issue saying there is an error loading recipes, I don't believe this is an issue of NEI Unofficial tho.

Oh sorry, should have shown a second screenshot as well.
I tried, same result - just auto deletes after pressing enter or similar.
