Save selections hide/unhide across chromosomes Alignments2 track

Currently for Alignments2 JBrowse tracks 'Track Visualization types' and 'Coloring options' are saved when navigating across different chromosomes/scaffolds for the same track. Selections made in the 'Hide' checkboxes are not saved for the track across different chromosomes. This can be confusing for users. Is this something that could be implemented?

This can probably be done. Currently the settings that are persisted are done on a case by case basis. There is actually a proposed change to persist all track changes, even across page refreshes, but I found it can be a little confusing because you don't necessarily know if your using your modified track or the defaults (especially after page refresh) #1272
