jbrowse2 1.0.0 When using jbrowse CLI tools to manage an instance: Is there a command to delete a track? Or is that accomplished only by hand-editing config.json ? Sorry if I missed it in the user guide. Couldn't find anything on it in the jbrowse command line help either. Thanks ! |

That is accurate, hasn't been added yet. So hand editing the config.json is fine for now But will be added soon! Ref issue #1253 |
