Create master-child relationships in DB
Implement ACL. Currently the only distinction is between normal mode (only user's GDG events available, no access to participants list) and godmode (all GDG events available, all participants are viewable). Consider following:
- Adding new GDGs/WTMs
- Adding new admins
- Some GDGs as subchapters of others
- Person may need to access other GDG's event
- Gods access everything
- TBA...
Implement Admin UI for that in version 2.0
