Invalid "fill screen" zoom for GIF images on double-tap

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open any GIF image
2. Double-tap it

Expected behavior

The GIF is zoomed in to fill the screen, similar to how double-tap works for still images.

Actual behavior

Depending on its size, the GIF file is either too enlarged or not enlarged enough.
