Current Behavior

Due to the layout of the topic heirachy, when there are many topics, it is extremely tedius to scroll up and down to view/update the topic meta data in the inspector panel

Expected Behavior

List of topics should have own scroll OR the inspector should float

Steps To Reproduce

Add lots of topics, try using our topic inspector
