Prevent pings if post was edited by person pinged

See my post here. When I'm flagging posts, if they're lowish quality NAA, I like to edit them first before I flag them for attention. When I do this, Generic Bot likes to ping me.

I think it should ignore all edits by the person who's tracking that post. (If multiple people are watching that post, it should still ping the others).
