I have some questions:
My config: in centernet.res50.coco.512size: IMS_PER_BATCH=4,NUM_WORKERS=2,.Other config is not change.
My results: All Ap,AR is 0.

Your batchsize is too small in my opinion. You may check your log file and your loss might not converage.
