Replays from patch 15.6 (build 40087) and 15.7 (build 40322) both use the patch 15.5 (build 39951) protocol even though protocols for those two patches have been released.
Patch build is found in header#m_dataBuildNumand protocol used in header#m_version.m_baseBuild.
Need to figure out how to use that information sensibly.

Going through the lib/protocols, there are a number of patches that did not touch replays at all and are completely the same.
I believe it's just a courtesy update since the game engine changed variables (balance patch) but there was no need to change the underlying replay structure.
The header.m_dataBuildNum gives it a game engine version, while header.m_version.m_baseBuild tells you the structure to use.
