Toolbar icon is showed as empty if using extension via remote ssh

If I click the empty space on the toolbar, better todo tree panel is revealed. So, it's only an icon loading issue.

Oh, damn, ok, I didn't test SSH... Pretty much only thing I didn't test on, that and Mac... Putting it up the priority list!

Today vscode was updated to version: 1.124.0 and your extension icon is suddenly back to normal!

I don't get it... Was it a coincidence or not, consider it now fixed (at least on my side... will look at it for a while, tho)

Can confirm: here too => after today's update to VSCode 1.124.2 the icon is back.
