Using old forge tags for crafting recipes

Issue description

In Neoforge, tags use the c (for Common) namespace instead of forge
Some crafting recipes, like the jeweler's hammer still use the old tag system

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the jeweler's hammer page in the Hex Notebook
2. Witness it displaying "Empty Tag; forge:rods/wooden" when cycling though crafting ingredients

Other information

The wooden rods tag includes the stick item, so it doesnt need to specifically called for in the crafting recipe when this issue is fixed
