Bundle all remapping dependencies into one to improve remapping #17

Bundle all remapping dependencies classes into one jar, including the minecraft jar, as a way to improve remapping quality for jar mods dependencies such as Forge or others.
This also mean, vanilla classes shouldn't be stripped from dependencies anymore.
