Online Pit Display is Disconnected for Past Qualifying Tournaments

Describe the bug
When viewing the online pit display https://ftc-scoring.firstinspires.org/event/<code>/display/pit, sometimes the display shows "disconnected" and does not show match results. This seems to happen only for qualifying tournaments that have happened in the past.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the online pit display for a past qualifying tournament, such as https://ftc-scoring.firstinspires.org/event/AUTOQ/display/pit
2. Observe the "Disconnected" banner and no match results

Expected behavior
The pit display should be "connected" (though it is served from FTC Scoring and not a local FTCLive instance) and show results
