Update Custom Art schema and archive files

Write now the current CustomArt schema does not work for the current version of Nomad (1.1.7). To update we need several things:

• Update inheritance of ElnActivityBaseClass to Activity. first PoC
• Update the hide quantities to reduce the number of unused quantities.
• Reprocess entries in HZB NOMAD Oasis after updating. Note that if archive.schema.yaml filename changes we will need to update the m_def path in the archives too.

This is the minimum we need to do for an update. Additionally, we could move the sample mID to be a subsection with the new automated normalization when triggered, and the material references could become references to substances. In the future, we could translate the schema to python and populate more things on results.
A Plot for the chalcogenization profile could also be explored.
