Add motion smoothing

Have no idea how it works, but I would love to learn it. I only remember the term "kalman filter" from previous research.

As much as I like how responsive the tracking is without smoothing, it's still a little jittery with my camera. If there's already motion smoothing, I'd like the settings to be exposed in some way, to adjust more or less smoothing.

There are some settings to handle it, but it's just a weighted average with the value from the previous frame.

I'm exposing some smoothing options in a recent refactor, but I'll be looking at the filtering option you added as well.
