Action Performed:

Precondition: Create default workspace enable Tag, add a Tag

1. Open https://staging.new.expensify.com
2. At FAB create a manual expense having Tag to self DM
3. Click on Submit to a friend > Select any user > Create expense
4. Open this expense to observe no Tag in detail page
5. Navigate to Spend Expenses
6. Observe this expense

Expected Result:

Tag should display in the expense or not display in Spend.

Actual Result:

The expense doesn't display Tag in chat but displays Tag in Spend. (On android and iOS, Spend hasn't got Tag column, but if filter Tag, the result is displayed this expense)
