C4-119 Error when throwing

Describe the bug
When throwing C4-119, the grenade vanishes and an error is thrown in the console. When then attempting to use the .detonate command, the console prints that a C4 charge has not been placed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Pick up or spawn C4-119
2. Throw C4-119
3. Grenade vanishes

Expected behavior
C4-119 will be thrown, and then be able to be detonated.
