When shot with Tranqulizer gun items not dropped from inventory, even when set to true

Describe the bug
Items not dropped from tranqualized player, so he can shot a guy who tranqualized him

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Find Tranq gun
2. shot to player who have gun
3. while he got tranqualized he can shoot you

Expected behavior
While player get tranqualized items should fall out

That's the round log, not the server log.

I need the log that LocalAdmin or MultiAdmin creates, not the round log SCP makes.

Okay, sorry for that and delay, here are Local Admin logs, they are not full round start to end logs, just a logs from server start and bug situation.

Meanwhile I was waiting for your esponse, I've watched TranqGun code and saw interesting thing. While player is tranqualized, it sets his size to 0.2 gives him amnesia effect and Ensared effect.

I remember old TranqGun plugin was teleporting player to random room for 2 seconds, and tped back to previous cords, Is it possible to do it same with this plugin ? Also take a look at this: https://exiled-team.github.io/EXILED/api/Exiled.API.Features.Player.html#Exiled_API_Features_Player_Cuffer

Also another bug, While setting this

Tranq gun respawns without attachments on dynamic spawnpoints,but it works when i use ci give command, idk if it's bug or not

CustomItem attachments are a tiny bit broken atm, those will be fixed soon(tm).
As for the resize instead of teleport, I will make a config to switch between the two behaviors, but this version was mainly designed to just make the player really small and unable to move.

Still an issue and has not been fixed. Also the person tranqed can shoot a gun which makes him a stationary turret.
