Describe the bug

When opening the page for the first time (so it's not cached), the loading animation and the Loading Elements screen is hidden behind the top menu on the Dapp/State page

To Reproduce

Go to a project's Dapp/Stake page and look at the top of the list

Expected behavior

The loading animation and the text next to it should be visible

Metamask in Safari?

I tried to recreate the behaviour, but the loader works perfectly for me, can you explain me better what happened?

I'm using Safari to reproduce this behavior, I'm using Metamask in another browser (not really relevant in this case).

I can still reproduce this issue by simply navigating to the Dapp/State page of the dfohub project. The behavior is a bit different now - currently, there is a text hidden behind the menu that says "This R&D version is no longer supported because it is lower than 0.1.".

The State page actually properly displays its contents if I navigate away and back to it - the issue only occurs when you open the page the first time.
