\eqref 是 \ref 是的特殊形式，使用 \ref 的话不会有括号，而 \eqref 会有括号，另外 label 一般写在 equation 后。

\usepackage{amsmath}

\begin{equation}\label{eq:MCC}
a^{2}+b^{2}=c^{2}
\end{equation}

according to Equation~\eqref{eq:MCC}.
