for example, cite the software in the following format:

MarvinSketch (version 6.2.2) , calculation module developed by ChemAxon, http://www.chemaxon.com/products/marvin/marvinsketch/, 2014.

How to create the corresponding .bib entry.

使用 BibTeX 的话，如果是软件的手册，可以使用 manual 类型，如果是其他的，建议使用 misc 类型（包括网站）。

如果是 BibLaTeX/biber 的话，有对应的 software 和 online 类型。
