Mod not working at all

I'm running into some issues where the mod itself doesn't work. None of the commands are usable and I can't figure out why. There are no console errors or anything. I don't know if I'm missing something at this point...

I've edited the Level.dat to "allowCommands = 1" but the mod still isn't giving any signs of working with the commands in the config. I need some kind of assistance please!

So, a few things before I can help

When you say none of the cmmands, did you try them all or only specific ones?

What version are you running?

Did you see the format of chat change and show [player] in front of your player name when you chat?

The only thing that I can think of that would cause the mod from not working at all are other mods that mess with commands and / or chat
