Increase Offering of The Gods item height

It seems like Offering of the Gods spawns items at Y 256, which used to be the previous building limit prior to 1.18. This can lead to unexpected behavior, such as the items being dropped below where the altar is actually located. The items should be spawned at Y 320 instead, the new building limit.
