GPU process launch failed: error_code=18 with Blazor Web App And .NET 8.0

Target: Windows 10/11

net project as follows:

progarm.cs

electron.manifest.json

while lunching published artifact in a windows 10 machine its working fine, but on most of window 11
machines it throws the following error.
