At present, we have to set off the demultiplexing manually in SMRT link post-run, then copy the files back manually.

Should be possible to automate this second part with some appropriate API queries, making for automated delivery.

Not sure how much this is a SMRTino issue versus adding stuff to the pacbio_scripts
