I am trying to improve the gene prediction on my samples changing the BUSCO database. In the annotato environment i can find BUSCO v5.5, and in the db list there is "stramenopiles_odb10".
I tried to change the field in params.json. I tried with the downloaded buscodb
"buscodb" : "path/to/lineage/stramenopiles_odb10"
I tried also to add the flag --buscodb path/to/lineage/stramenopiles_odb10
but when i go in the busco output the analysis refer to the eukaryotic (255 genes) default db.
