I had a look at the workbook you sent by email and it is saved in the OOXML Strict format, which is not supported by EPPlus.. You can see this if you have a look at the workbook xml:

workbook xmlns="http://purl.oclc.org/ooxml/spreadsheetml/main"

or in the Save As dialog:

If you re-save this workbook as a regular "Excel Workbook (.xlsx)" the worksheets should load correctly in EPPlus.

I have added a check for the Strict format when EPPlus reads a workbook and a NotSupportedException will be thrown. Will be released in the next version.
