more option for applying emojicompat

Description

adding options for emojicompat, to…

1. apply for all glyphs_(applying emojicompat for all the emoji-new and old).
2. apply for missing glyphs_(for those with new design emojis but don't have latest emojis).
3. apply to emoji picker only_(those who don't want to see missing emojis --or emojis from emojicompat-- but want to use new emojis from keyboard).
4. turn off emojicompat_(for those who have new emojis or those who just don't want it to show missing emojis).

Alternatives

i think none it’s on the app build or android studio’s libraries, right?

is it only me who knows it? i don't know.

i think that support library just needs to be added and for more features of it, it needs more features enabled or more libraries.
