设计和研发下一代基于云基础设施的分布式事务性存储引擎；
探索前沿领域的存储和计算技术，并在 TiKV 中应用。

职位要求

熟练掌握 Rust/C++/Go 中的至少一种语言，有优秀的编程能力和风格；
扎实的计算机系统基础知识；
优秀的学习能力；
优秀的创新能力，用开放性思维解决具有挑战性的问题。

加分项

有优秀的 GitHub 个人项目或在知名开源项目里有显著的贡献；
有数据库计算以及存储层开发经验，对数据库原理和架构有深刻认识；
对分布式系统常见的算法和架构有研究；
有云原生存储系统的设计和开发经验。
