Describe the bug
When I run the code, it says this again and again. I run the code successfully about one year ago. But it isn't available now. The api_id and api_hash are correct. But the chat id changed. the web doesn't begin with 'https://web.telegram.org/?legacy=1#/im?p='. It begins with 'https://web.telegram.org/k/#'. I don't know if the number after '#' is the chat id. I just fill it in config.yaml and result is as follow:
