Fix Form Validation for NewsLetter Subscription to Validate after User Input

When a user routes to the NewsLetter page after clicking on the Subscribe button, the form validation throws errors before any input. Investigate the Mailchimp API and form validation on the FrontEnd to resolve the issue.
