Cow Trophy spawner not working

Bug Description

The Cow trophy spawner fails to spawn any cows.
I've had one of them out and turned on for over an hour and not a single cow spawned. Then I did the Goat gateway and got its trophy. It started spawning goats almost immediately. Tried a second cow gateway and new trophy after throwing the old one to the void and the issue persists. I've tried restarting both the game and my computer with no change.

This form is a better than the previous one. It was way too easy to get marked as invalid on the older one.

Did this behavior used to work in the previous version?

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Fight cow gateway
2. Put down cow gate way and enable spawning.
3. Wait fruitlessly while nothing spawns.

They are not configured to spawn, there is a PR: #56 to re-add them back to spawning.

also you have opened this issue twice #60 so maybe close one and let the other one stay open.
