Cyclic Item User deletes items when fed with the Vanilla Hopper

Bug Description

This is a Cyclic bug, I tested it on a new instance with only Cyclic and FLIB.
I have already opened an issue on its github. (Lothrazar/Cyclic#2457)
The Item User deletes items when fed with the Vanilla Hopper, works fine with the Cyclic Wooden Hopper, Golden Hopper, and Item Cable.

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?
