Occultism silver block cannot be turned back into ingots, and has limited usage

Bug Description

When crafting 9 silver ingots into a block there are 2 possible outputs. One has the Thermal Foundation tag and one has the Occultism tag. The Occultism version cannot be turned back into ingots and can only be used with the Bigger Reactors mod

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

unknown, this is my first time crafting the silver block

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1.place 9 silver ingots into crafting grid
2.results show either Thermal Foundation ver or Occultism ver if crafted in vanilla crafting table or crafting station
3.Choose Occultism ver for output
