Bug Description

When acquiring the blaze trophy and turning it on, blazes are spawning in areas with light levels above 7. Starting book says hostile mobs should only spawn in light between 0 and 7.

I'm fairly certain that blazes are one of the few mobs that spawn in any light levels.
If you visit the nether in regular MC, light levels there are generally above 7.
