1. Summoned crusher spirit and it has a name tag of Eccentric Tome (Dictionary of Spirits)
2. Summoned possessed endermite and it had a name tag of Eccentric Tome (Dictionary of Spirits)
3. Spirit still functions as expected.

I used the eccentric tome version of the Occultism dictionary of spirits book to bind the book, I crafted a Occultism dictionary of spirits book and the bound book names were no longer eccentric tome (dictionary of spirits)
