Many mods needing updates causing performance issues #2350

Bug Description

There is a lot of lag within singleplayer and when I checked the mods in the pack I noticed a ton of them were out of date

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Load up world
enter inventory
enjoy lag

Logs

Crash Log: no log

Modpack Version world created in:4.2.4

As this issue doesn't identify any specific problem with the pack I'm going to close it.
