Inventory upgrade armor

When i ate the inventory upgrade cake i put my glitched armor into the upgraded armor slots and i didnt get any flight & immunity from that i also had a night vision enchant on the helmet and it didnt work too. and i dont know if it did work or didnt work in the previous versions. please fix it
