Filing cabinet duplication glitch on 4.2.4

Bug Description

Any item can be infinitely duplicated by using a Cyclic item sorter, a hopper, and a filing cabinet from the Real Filing Cabinet mod.

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

Unsure, but probably happened before

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Place a filing cabinet and insert a folder for any item (ex. Diamond)
2. Connect a Cyclic item sorter to it (filtering doesn't seem to matter but you can filter the item or just let everything pass through)
3. Connect a hopper on any side of the item sorter and drop the item matching the folder
4. Aim at the filing cabinet, and if it's duplicating you can see the amount increase on the WAILA HUD at the top
