Matter Overdrive pipes/upgrades behaving very weirdly

Bug Description

Trying to pipe Matter Plasma from a Matter Decomposer into an upgraded Matter Replicator
Sometimes the pipes just put it back into the Decomposer after pulling some out, and the Matter Storage Upgrade doesn't seem to even be working?

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

Unsure. Wasn't playing the the previous version.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Put a Matter Replicator and Matter Decomposser next to each other/connect them with Matter Overdrive pipes and RF power
2. Matter Replicator gets a Matter Storage Upgrade
3. Put an item into the Decomposer.
   (Matter Replicator won't fill up entirely, and depending on how it's done nothing will even occur)
