Error when intl extension is not installed

Hi its me again i have installed in whonix php the last 8.2 i have installed mbstring thing you say about the reply to my message on github i mean you created a reply in the Issue post..

Now i have this error can you in the issue section reply to the post and explain why ?

i installed nginx and i have go in the php-fpm php.ini file and cgifix path info to = 0 and ..
i continue to have a white page and in nginx error log its say this to me

it looks like you don't have the intl extension installed. Just install the PHP extension and it should be working
