Improve support for DUB '--compiler' option #71

  • Add UI to list all found compilers in the PATH/DUBPATH env vars.
  • Add UI to configure (per-project) the compiler for DUB to use, front the list of found compilers (or from another location).

Note that dlang/dub#412 is a blocker for this to work on Windows..
