Remove Unlimited Sash from folder.jpg Files

First of all thank you for your work on this! This really makes ubooquity look great!

One small complaint I had was the unlimited sash on each icon, I thought it takes away from the look a bit. I was looking at the comixology web site code and found that you can easily remove the sash with a change to the jpg file that you request.

Here's an example of a coimic that isn't unlimited:

Skyward not unlimited:

You can see the jpg file is quit simple.

On comics that are unlimited they add a buch of stuff in the middle of the filename to add the sash... (You can tell I'm not a coder... :D )

Saga with sash:

You can remove the sash by simplifying the filename.

removing the .SX360_QL80_TTD will also return the full size image. I would suggest removing everything between the number and .jpg to get the best quality image.

Actually, best quality image is retrieved when using QL100.jpg, since QL stands for quality.
If QL is omitted we get full size image but not full quality.
