[BUG] IC2 and Thaumic tinker

On the running the Infinity Evolved modpack the IC2 radiation potion effect while holding Uranium 238 is not correctly registered. It did correctly register in thermos builds 39 and prior but no versions afterwards.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. copy in the IE2 modpack and configs
2. issue console command give player 4122 1
3. the radiation effect registers but you do not take damage from it.

Expected behavior
you should take damage while holding uranium 238.

If IC2 is not installed along side of Thaumic Tinkers the effect is registered correctly.
