Describe the Suggestion

Backtanks should not consume their air while the player has the Conduit Power buff, as it provides the player with underwater breathing.

Additional Context

This was tested on 1.19.2 with 0.5.1.f Create & the Netherite backtank + a Netherite diving helmet.
