Describe the Bug

Creating contraptions like Windmills and Minecart contraptions and others Crashes the game

Reproduction Steps

1.Place Windmill or cart contraption
2.Turn them into Contraption
3.
...

Expected Result

Turns into Contraption as normal

Sorry it was problem with starlight

Starlight is redundant in 1.20 and causes a lot of issues compat wise, remove starlight
