Mod conflict with Radical Cobblemon Trainers

I found a conflict between this mods 1.21.1-5.0.0.4 version and the Radical Cobblemon Trainers Mod version 1.21.1-0.16.4. This issue only appeared when updating a modpack with this mods 1.21.1-5.0.0.3 version and the RCT mods version 1.21.1-0.14.3-beta where both were working fine together previously.

Upon updating all the mods in the pack, the RCT mod started failing to write a config file to the config folder. After some troubleshooting by removing mods 1 by 1 from the server until the error stopped occurring, I found that as soon as I removed this CorgiLib mod that the error stopped ocurring.

I do not know which mod actually needs fixing to resolve the bug, but I wanted to make sure an issue was documented in both repositories.

I did a little more testing, and also got a comment on the issue from the RCT mod.

I found that if I used this CorgiLib mod version 1.21.1-5.0.0.3 on the test server with the updated RCT mod and all existing mods updated as well, the server was able to create the config file necessary on the 5.0.0.3 version of this mod. So this bug appears localized to the 5.0.0.4 version of CorgiLib.

It also appears that this conflict is occurring between CorgiLib and the mod ForgeConfigApiPort based on what the Dev of RCT said and what the error said.
